“What a wild day heading out for sessions on different line lengths and sizes. Started off with some wild short line loops leading into a 20m lines, sending some higher and fatter loops. After that session, I felt I needed one more to send some high jumps as it was nuking! Unfortunately, only a few jumps in got some bad lower back spasms ending what had been the perfect day. Time to rest and get strong for the next big day.”
