Many people have experienced that unsettling moment when they see their kite flying down towards them. In this tutorial, Alex Buss (Kite-Surf College) explains what a frontstall is and what you can do once a kite has frontstalls. With frontstalls, however, prevention is better than cure. Therefore this video also explains the situations that can cause frontstalls, so that you can deal with them, including:

- switching wind or gusty wind frontstalls
- closing in on a kite at speed
- kite overflying the edge of the window
