New MANERA Zatfits Fit Software

When it comes to wetsuits, harnesses and boardshorts, proper fit is a must. Now, you can create your own avatar that will try on MANERA products for you to help you determine the proper size. MANERA tells all about this new partnership with Zatfits, below.
The time you spend behind your screen struggling to find the right product size is over! The frustration of having to ship back a harness you just received because it does not fit is gone as well. MANERA is meant to enable riders to make the most of their time in the ocean. We create products so nobody has to get out of the water because they are cold or uncomfortable. But it means nothing if the product is not fitted to the rider’s morphology. This is why we collaborated with Zatfits to create a software that automatically finds the best size for any rider out there.
MANERA uses the Zatfits technology to save your measurements and calculates your best fit for each product of our range. So within minutes, you’ll be able to pick up the right size and know it will fit you well on the water. We only need 6 simple measures to create your avatar. Then, check out your 3D avatar and let the software calculate your best size for any product of our range. Your information and measurements are saved in your account so that when you come back later there’ll be no need to do it all over again.

To take accurate measurements, you will need a proper measuring tape. You should always stand straight, without moving your waist/chest. Each circumference measurement must be taken horizontally, and the tape should be stretched but not tighten.
Height is measured from the top of your head to your soles.
Neck measurement is taken horizontally and under Adam’s apple. Keep your head straight and look in front of you.
Chest measurement is taken at the widest point of your chest, under your armpits at the same level as the shoulder blades.
The torso measurement is taken with the measuring tape placed around your bust, just under the pectorals.
Waist measurement is taken around your belly, by passing the measuring tape at the level of the navel.
Hip measurement is taken around the bottom on the widest point of your hips.
