KTA China – Pingtan 2013 Day 2
Just as last year, the official opening ceremony was once again impressive, and already gathered quite a crowd.
Riders then followed with an extended skippers meeting, as the wind was not there yet, to make sure everyone understood the rules, having many first timers especially in the Twin Tip division.
Around 4 PM a south breeze started blowing and judges decided to give it a try, unfortunately it dropped after just 5mn of big kite racing.
