Features / Mon 15th Oct, 2018 @ 3:00 pm
It’s Monday, and that means it’s time for the Intriguing Beings Podcast! Take some time out to listen to this really engaging and insightful conversation with Colleen Carroll, one of the best wakestyle riders on the planet! Colleen is not only an incredible rider, she also takes the time to get women into the sport and help them improve too. Her and Sensi Graves run all female kite camps that have become hugely successful. Colleen is also the driving force behind the Hood Jam and has a real passion for the environment and we talk about her war on single use plastics and how small changes can have big effects.
“My guest this week is Colleen Carroll, I sat down and talked to her at the Duotone meeting in Tarifa earlier this year. I’ve long been a fan of Colleen’s riding but it’s only in recent years I’ve spent a little more time with her and got to know her on a more personal level.
What draws me to Colleen is her passion for the sport and her drive to get more women involved in kiteboarding. More than that though she is always extremely positive and easy to talk to. I think this shines through in this interview.” – Rou Chater
