In our latest issue of IKSURFMAG, we feature a huge article looking at the importance of your control bar in your kite set up. Often overlooked these pieces of gear are always deemed to be overpriced too. “how much just for the bar?” A phrase kite shop owners know only too well. However, when you consider there are over 200 parts in most control bars and they have to work 100% of the time in the most challenging conditions with a safety system that is foolproof you start to understand the level of work that goes into them.
In creating the article we interviewed some of the best designers on the planet about the bars they work on and what developments we might see in the future. Our article then builds on this information to create the feature you can read right HERE.
