ION understands that there is nothing better than riding barefoot, and our aim is to preserve that feeling even when wearing boots. Every piece of feedback delivered from the board to the receptors in your toes is imperative. Our intention is to give you an extensive and all-encompassing range of Neoprene Footwear to further facilitate your ride, even in Baltic conditions.
Ballistic
The BALLISTIC range is our premium line and the crème de la crème of water footwear. If you‘re looking for exceptional warmth and maximum protection then this is the line for you. With support and stretch in all the right places, it‘s further enhanced with well thought out and cleverly designed features. All of the BALLISTIC line have the following standard features to provide supercharged feedback even through layers of Neoprene:
BALLISTIC SOLE: The famous and unique aramid sole protects against razor-sharp reef, mussels and other abrasive objects.
INTERNAL SPLIT TOE: A feature aimed to eliminate that spongy feeling within the toe area (an exception is made in the Ballstic Toes which have an external split).
EXTERNAL SPLIT TOE: Since the beginning used at the ballistic toes
ROUND TOE NO-SPLIT: For those who don‘t like that string between their toes
Magma
Boldly entering the ION range for the first time ever is the magma line. The perfect blend of that desirable‚ barefoot sensation and unrivaled warmth, an external split-toe and ultra-thin rubber layup is incorporated into its forward-thinking design. All of the magma styles have the following standard features:

The PLASMA line will meet the demands of the budget orientated rider looking for quality. Offering a great fit and protection from the elements, ION wraps it all up in a spicy and unique design. All of the PLASMA models have the following standard features:
SEGMENTED SOLE: Creative and strategic cuttings have been integrated into the sole to enhance the flexibility in critical areas of the foot.
RUBBER WINGS: Added support tot he vulnerable ankle areas.
ROUND TOE NO-SPLIT: For those who don‘t like a string between their toes
NO-SPLIT TOE: No string between your toes, wider than round toe
