SALES MANAGER – MANERA

The Role

  • Build and execute a commercial strategy
  • Set objectives and growth targets
  • Develop clients and partners portfolio (retailers for France, agents for Germany and Italy, distributors all around the world)
  • Create customer loyalty and business development (Worldwide)
  • Set trade conditions
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Report to the board of directors and interface with the other services of the company

The Location

You will be based out of our stunning offices in Montpellier with easy access to some of the best beaches in the South of France!

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with 5 to 10 years of Sales Management with the action sports marketplace. You should be able to speak French and English, any other languages will be a bonus too. You must be a team player with a passion for success and the ability to work within a growing company at the cutting edge of product development.

Experience

  • The successful candidate will have convincing experience as a sales manager and an extensive knowledge of the action sports/equipment/textile marketplace.
  • This experience must have been acquired on an international level.
  • Must have previously dealt with the distribution industry, for which a presence on the ground is essential.
