The RPKA has recently returned from a fantastic training camp with the Always Windy team in Gokova Bay, Turkey.  It cannot be denied that the conditions were perfect for the team to progress beyond their expectations.  This was partly thanks to the coaching and mentoring that they received from Taner Aykurt, Turkey’s Number One Freestyle Champion 2015.

The team have been preparing for the Combined Services Festival of Kiting and Tri Service Championships which will be taking place at Hayling Island on the 19 – 23 Oct 2015.  Each Service will enter a team into the inaugural combined Services Twin Tip race and the Inter-Services Freestyle competition.  Due to dedication and determination, the RAF team is in a strong position to regain their number one title!

The RAF team will compete against the British Army and the Royal Navy in the upcoming championship.
